It goes in the center of your tape roll. And then it goes in a tape dispenser. Just look at the pictures.

Instructions
- Print it.
- Drill out center hole to 3mm.
- Cut a piece of 3mm wooden dowel to the proper length. For my tape dispenser this was 31mm.
- Shove the dowel in the hole.
- Put a tape roll on it.
- Stick it in the dispenser thingy.
- Tape some stuff!!

Should make a model with a variable sized dowel that the person can configure for their specific width needed in tape dispenser. I spent $3 on one of these at Staples - should have printed one!!!
