Thanks for your remark en complement.
It was one of my first drawings with Sketchup, not knowing this kind of problems.

It seems that "LEDclip_front.stl" has some unclosed areas - I am really new to this but I was able to fix this with netfabb basic and modified the clip with openscad for my needs. Nevertheless really good design and well thought - thumbs up for your great work :)
