Microphone Clip for SC300
Description
It broke 2 years ago and I always wanted to buy a spare part, but never found the time. Now I don't need to buy it anymore, since I have openSCAD and some 3D-printers :)
It might also work for other microphones, but I only tested it with the t.bone SC300.
Some code was taken from here: iheartrobotics.com/2011/02/openscad-tip-round-2-of-3.html
Instructions
1. Print it (I used a RepRap Prusa Mendel for the preview and a Dimension Elite for the final design)
2. Screw it to the other part of the microphone clip. The other part can be seen in the last picture - it usually doesn't break and it has another screw that connects the clip to your mic stand.

Looks good. :)
I guess if both halves where printed, you could add teeth to the joint to better lock it into position and not slip?
Thankx for the feedback!
Right, the original part did not have teeth... it might be a good idea to add teeth, but the mechanism works nicely with a screw, too.
I hope to design the other part as well, but currently I am very busy :(
And I want to mention again that the "rounded cup" was taken from the tutorial at ihear
trobotics.com - I just changed the parameters and added a handle to it.
Does anybody have a microphone that might also fit into this clip?
Marcus, perhaps if you'd bothered to look at the picture you'd have noticed the original does not have teeth. Doing what you suggest would make it slip even more resulting in a worse design. Splitting the design in half like you suggest would, in addition to making the whole thing look clunkier, weaken the design making it more prone to breaking.
