An e-mount to 1.25" telescope adapter.

For the moon, I used the following settings on the Sony:
Exposure time: 1/640 Sek.
ISO: 200
Flash: No ;-)

For the roof these settings:
Exposure time: 1/320 Sek.
ISO: 100

I have also triggered by remote control, to avoid camera shake.
My telescope is a Orion 6" Dobson with 750mm focal length.

It would be better the adapter to print in black.
I have used PLA and Cura for slicing.
The adapter fits perfectly for me.
Depending on your printer, it may be that you have to use sandpaper.

--- I will soon upload a new version.
--- This version does not lock.

Holy cow! How do you get such a good picture without a tracking scope?? Your stars are spot on!

I have a NEX5 and my camera says "invalid lens" or something to that nature. Did you have to mess with yours to get it right?

You have to enable the following:
Menu -> Setup -> Release w/o Lens
have fun!

Thx for the reply. I had to update my firmware. If anyone else does not have this option in the Menu > Setup.. thats what is up.

Very nice!
I have used matte nail polish on my adapter and it now works in bright sunlight as well without contrast issues...
Though I have yet to try how it performs on PLA; Some nail polish does not stick to PLA at all, while on ABS it creates a durable coating (due to the solvents in nail polish).

Very nice!
I used http://www.ebay.de/itm/WELL-Nail-Art-Polish-Lacquer-Dull-Vivid-Color-Varnish-Matt-Black-0067-15-/400449849137?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5d3cabc731http://www.ebay.de/itm/WELL-Na... to paint my adapter (nail polish sticks to ABS very well due to the solvents, so the coating is rather rigid... Not sure if this will work with PLA, I'm going to try tomorrow how this brand performs on PLA)
