Looking at your picture it would appear that you need my Mendel Filament Guide.

Very cool. I might have to add that very soon! Right now I have printed PLA sliders on my Threaded rod that cuts down on the drag.

what'd the printer find funny?

I was wondering when someone would make printable parts for something like this: http://www.thingiverse.com/image:21042http://www.thingiverse.com/ima.... I'll have try this out since my hanging spool system didn't work too well.

Could the weight being applied to the front top rod effect anything with the print? DONT_KNOW

Looks perfect for me if it has no problems with that.

Ok, I'm going to try it today. :)

Made two clamps and used 2 other prusa mendel bar clamps I already had. Didn't see the need for an additional two open clamps on the lower end. Used some tape to keep the bar clamps from sliding since I used smooth rod.
