Bearing Belt Guide
by ambrop7, published
A pair of these will keep the belt from sliding off a 608 bearing. They are designed to be glued to the side of the bearing and rotate with it, minimizing resistance against the belt.
Print with a small enough layer height (e.g. 0.1mm) and attach to the sides of the bearing with super glue; the narrower side goes to the bearing. You will have to disassemble your printer to the degree where you can put them on. If you had the big washers around the bearing, you can remove them, since the belt will not fall off.
