Hey! This thing is still a Work in Progress.
Files, instructions, and other stuff might change!
Fischer Technik Eggbot
Description
This Eggbot has mechanical Parts, that are mostly made of Fischer Technik (FT).
Fischer Technik is a typical german Toy. See
fischertechnik.de/en/desktopdefault.aspx
I like it very much, because one can design quickly mechanics or little machines like this one.
This Eggbot is a drivat of SphereBot by Zaggo

All the Electronics and Software are the same, except of the reference sensor. Still now i easily dont use it.

Instructions
Hopefully the pictures will explain what to do, but feel free to contact me for furhter informations.
I had only some problems to solve the machanical Interfaces to the Steppermotors. FT use axes with a diameter of 4mm, but the Stepper have 5mm or M5. Sure you can drill it with 5mm, but i dont like to "damage" my FT-parts.
Also the NEMA-Size is not typical for FT. So I made some plates that are "compatible".
For this it is good to use an cnc.
