Update 16 May, 2014

Since I usually orient the case with the USB ports at the top, I rotated the biohazard symbol 180 degrees.

Another Raspberry Pi case. Biohazard symbol, just because. Screwed together because my prints didn't seem to want to just snap together.

The LED window is a tube that goes down almost to the PC board so you can see the lights reflecting off the walls from almost any angle.

Printed at .33 layer height with a .5 nozzle. The screw hole for the cover doesn't go all the way through to provide print support, so you'll have to drill it out. 2 x 14 mm self tapping screws were used.

Just noticed your comment. It looks like you were able to put the two cases together. Looks good.

hi .. it took some hours in blender and some howtos but it prints fine .. i now thinking about an version with nuts because i have no more standard bolts :-)

Thanks for this, it's a terrific design. Prints well and looks great.

Nice design, love the LED light pipe. What machine and filament did you use?

Hmm.. I guess my reply didn't post. Thanks for getting the layout done. It saved me a ton of time not having to measure the board. This was printed on a pieced together Printrbot Plus. I got the laser cut wood from makerfarm a few months ago. It looks like they don't have any printrbot stuff there anymore. The filament is 3mm ABS which I got from http://printrbot.comprintrbot.com.
