Summary

Fits 1 (one) Tower Pro Micro Servo model SG5010 in a 8x3x4 Brick. This mount is intended to hold up a TP SG-5010 Servo for prototyping some ideas.

The brick itself is equal to 4 (3x8) Lego bricks. So it can be "bricked" into a nice support structure to hold it in place.

This brick was specifically designed to hold the Tower Pro SG-5010 Servo but it may hold other servos as well.

If you don't have a 3D printer but you're interested in getting one of these we can print you one at http://www.badbrick.com/catalog

Instructions

  1. Print parts with Mount feet down. Its designed to reduce edge curling.

  2. In MakerWare, I modify the "Medium" settings:
Quality: Layer Height = 0.2 and I increase the temp to 240

All other defaults are the same.

  1. Clip off the feet, file the egdes, and sand smooth for a good snug fit.

If you don't have a 3D printer we can make you one pretty cheap.. badbrick.com/catalog
