We're excited and proud to launch Thingiverse Apps. Learn More about what this means to you.
This is a practice tool for brass players. The device is made to strengthen your chops, improve control in the upper register, increase ease of play, and build endurance. Use it by putting the "disc" end into the mouth between the teeth and lips. Pull gently and use you lip muscles to resist the movement. Most people hold this position for 4-15 minutes. Try it out and see how it sharpens your buzzing! Happy playing!
UPDATE: I've added another version, this one with a slightly thicker handle and smaller disc. It should print easier.
Rotate the model so the large flat piece is facing downwards. I recommend a slightly higher than usual infill (40-50%). Support shouldn't be necessary.
