Here's an idea... take something like this and add it to a large tanker ship, like those we send back and forth across the ocean. These ships generate an enormous amount of static electricity that discharges to the air as part of their safety design. Channel that circuit so that it separates H2O, generating fuel from motion...useful for powering the engines as a fuel additive. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrogen_fuel_enhancement
I have created a hobby out of trying to make electricity in some other way.
A few years a go I got a electric bill that made me so pissed off.
After that it is just something I do for fun. All I will tell you is there is more to energy manufacturing than makes sense. This is why I purchased a 3D printer.
Why bother running a generator? You can only produce a fraction of the energy you put in to disassociate the water in the first place. It would be like generating electricity using PV cells from the light produced by a lamp...

Normally I would call that electrolysis (electricity->hydrogen) not a fuel cell (hydrogen->electricity)
(I work in the fuel cell industry, so I'm a bit fuzzy about terms, sorry ;)

Any way I'm curios, what are you going to use the mixed 2 H2 + O2 gases for?

I suppose it will be fun as it will most likely involve an explosion of some sort, and they are always fun :)
(as long as no one gets hurt any way)

And of course I probably don't need to say this but take "care and be safe".
But in case others want to make some hho...

The mix is a perfect fuel oxygen ratio, and therefor extremely explosive, don't store large amounts especially under pressure.
Glass shrapnel is supposed to be hard/impossible to see on x-rays, and therefor to find... Don't know if plastic is any better...
This is very true all your comment's are spot on. My description was a bit generic its a water fuel cell. I use the gas to make small blow touches because of the clean nature of the gas and the extreme heat. good for melting prestigious metals. Very hard gas to control will always flash back to the source with out many arrestors in the line. I don't make explosions with the HHO. I respect the explosive nature to much.
Also good for making balloons lighter than air. I am going to have a go at running a generator on this fuel gas. The electronic box in my other create post is the controller for the cell. I did not fell a need to describe it for any purpose.

I'm impressed that you are capable of using H2 mixed with O2 it for any sort of burning purposes.
Pure H2 should be a lot easier for that task (and safer)

Also would give balloons more lift as oxygen isn't exactly a very light gas.

The generator idea would make me run away and fast, unlike a regular generator the entire content of the fuel container would explode.
(Unlike regular generators / tanks of pure hydrogen that would require an external source of oxygen.)

I suppose the tanks could be build to withstand the explosion and the following implosion/under pressure as the water vapor cools.
Might become a bit bulky...

Then again I'm also "scared" of larger amounts of pure oxygen, handling that though valves are almost even worse that hydrogen, almost everything becomes flammable some things almost to an explosive degree...
