Summary

I saw this and thought I would adapt it to fit the magnets I had on hand and elimintate the support.

Instructions

I used these magnets:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001KV9RAW/

On my Solidoodle the holes came out with an interference fit, I used a pair of pliers to force the magnets in and no glue was needed, YMMV

For the inside part I cut a piece of metal banding from a packing crate, smoothed the edges and used a cloth iron-on patch to enclose it in cloth.

It's the first thing I've printed of my own design. My kids think I'm a geek, but my glasses don't fall out of my pocket every time I bend over anymore!
