Description

I almost never drink wine because I don't drink
that often and don't like wasting a whole bottle
just for a glass. Here is a solution I'm playing
around with. It saves the wine out of contact with
air to reduce oxidation.

Ever try a Vacu-Vin or similar? I've had open bottles keep for *months* with one of those.
Cheaper than a French press, too. :)

..in a french coffee press... better hope it never saw coffee.

i have another solution for you.. fill the wine in one of those Plastic-bag-Kegs with a fauxet.. they come in various size and build.

There are very soft ones that dont let any air in when you pour some whine. but there are also ones that do let air in.. so you need to check this first.
