Hola buenas, los más seguro que tengas el offset entre los cabezales mal configurado, comprueba que le has dado el offset correspondiente a la distancia que tienes entre los dos cabezales, consulta en foros correspondientes a tu impresora para ver como solucionan ellos ese tipo de problemas, ya que es un parámetro que debe incluirse en el firmware, aunque las mayoría de software de impresión también tienen parámetros para solucionar esto mismo.

I use Solidworks and I am trying to create a dual extrusion model what
is the reference point need for the two parts. I based each part on the
origin but when I tried to merge them it did not merge on origin but
something else.
