Description
A little model (loosely) based on the Cray Supercomputers of the 70's and 80's. I don't know how well it will print, and would be happy if someone would print one and upload a photo of it.
Due to incredibly bad planning on my part, the whole thing is 3'9" tall. I assume that it can be scaled down for printing, and the original Sketchup file is included if you want to modify it.

view allI believe that you can upload it without tagging it if it is just so simple that it obviously will work: no/little overhangs, no incredibly narrow parts, etc.

Just curious why design it if you can't print it.

That's like asking why read a book if you don't know what happens in it.

Can't claim to have tried, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't print unless those little bridges at the top of the side indentations are too long.

There are lots of reasons to design and upload things that can't be printed.

1. I was bored
2. I plan to save for a 3D printer, so i want to have things ready to print when i do.

Another piece for the Cube Farm playset? :)
It could be used for that, yes. I've just realised i've been a pillock and made it full size, ie 3'9". Presumably you can scale it from that though.
