Instructions
The model has only the surfaces scannable by a contact force poky-type scanner, as 2 shells opposing each other, therefore the geometry needs some work before printing on a 3D printer.. I think it'd be really worth it, however.

I scanned a Roman Imperial silver coin from my coin collection using a Roland Active Piezo Sensor 3D scanner.
After some digital massage I thought it fun to make a replica 4x the size in black ABS on a Roland MDX-540S-ATC CNC mill.
