Side Stackable Component Bins / Louvre Panel Trays by MakeALot Jun 9, 2011

Featured Thing!

Description

Just a quick mash-up to allow the bins to be joined in multiples without a side panel. There are two versions, one with the notches removed from the original part and one with the side panel added under the original part. The second one should play well with the original bins (i.e. line up for stacking)

When I try to render this with a fill (any percent, 10%, 50%, doesn't matter) I get all kinds of errors and the tool path can't be generated. I'm using a shell of 1.

If I render it with no fill it creates the G-Code just fine, but since the box walls have no fill it leaves them hollow, so when it tries to create the inside skin of the first wall everything sags and warps (which is what you'd expect with no fill).

Any idea why I can't render this with replica
torG using %fill?

Using replicatorG with a ToM.

Yes, it printed without any problem. I'll put some pictures up when I have a row printed, but here's a quick one with the detail of a hole on the edge and in the middle:

Great addition to this thing. Have you tried to print that out? I am concerned about the recess you added. Will it print correctly without support? Thanks for sharing!
