What is the inner diameter of the tubes? I can make a printable model if you like. Just send me a message
Sorry, should have mentioned that, 12mm - a fully parametric version would be cool and would save the glue
Presumably for small bumblebee colonies? Great idea. (Bumblebees make much smaller colonies than honey bees, for those not in the know).
Oh, but the Apostrophe Abuse League want you to remove the apostrophe from the title :)
Thanks, Apostrophe Abuse peps will be happy now :) Solitary Bees as you know use these thing for larvae
Could you provide some more explanation? Why 9cm tubes? Is this really for bees? Why not in NY?
Sorry, 9cm seems to be what is good for Solitary Bees to find comfortable as it allows them to keep out most of the weather. As for New York (I am amazed by this) it is illegal to keep Bees (wife told me this), seems they are considered a pest! what with the worlds Bee population declining rapidly this seems to be madness :'( google it!
