Great to see more stuff for diabetics on thingiverse... keep up the great work :)
It fits my 2008 Dodge Nitro. There is not much room between the horizontal and vertical louvers, so the part fits best when the horizontal set is pointing upwards.
It fits in my wife's 2009 Ford Flex, though the "click" doesn't seem to work as well. I think that could be a pretty simple fix in the 123D CAD file.

What kind of car does this fit? (make/model/year)? I think it'd be kind of cool to build up an entire collection of vent adapters for various cars.
