WARNER BROS. could buy war bonds, in exchange the pilots fire Bugs Bunny missiles... add a soundchip and let him say before impact "What's up, Gaddafi? This means war!"

It's 116mm tall, so if you are using an ABP, you might have to cut it up into 2 parts and glue it together... don't just resize it or it won't fit on the rest of the rocket (unless you resize the whole rocket).

Well, your portrait looks like a mad scientist, so I guess this it ok. Anyone else doing this might be a cry for help, but with you it's just another cry of Awesome.
Also: I bet this fits on my son's mentos rocket with a very small amount of filing. :)
