The little flanges on the syringes we use to flush out patients ears are just too small to hold - so - Here is a design to increase the size of the flange on the syringe and has little grooves so your fingers won't slip when they get wet during the procedure.


Printed with 2 shells, 25% infill, takes about 15min. to print.

Good question - the syringe in the photo has an external diameter of 18.5mm
so the hole the radius is 9.250mm -
Not commented so well in the code - but -
I will upload a new scad file that has a variable at the top to parametreize this value

Have added these lines at the top of the SCAD file -

// edit external diameter of syringe

// enter the RADIUS in mm here default = 9.250mm

SR = 9.250;

Just edit the value of SR to be the outside radius the syringe and all other values are calculated of of it.

If you want I can upload .stl's for different size of syringes - requested
