Description
I made this in TinkerCad. Its orientation was wrong there due to the design process in TinkerCad, so I had to rotate, center it, etc in ReplicatorG. This was made for my 5 year old, so the handle is a bit short.

view allWire based cheese slicers are usually for cutting softer cheese like Port Salut. I've had more success cutting harder cheese with the all steel variant. That said, in some places we lived finding the all steel ones was hard and I think a wire one will do in a pinch.
And given everything wears down over time you have to replace it anyway. Given this one is printed replacing it is easy.. :)

While I haven't printed this object, I have serious doubts about its efficacy at cutting cheese. The wire design seems inherently weak; I've had several manufactured cheese slicers with this design that gradually became looser and finally snapped. :(
