Steampunk handle

Steampunk handle by Geir Jul 1, 2011

Description

In my current project I needed some Steampunk handles so I designed one in Sketch up. It has to be assembled on a 4mm rod but could probably easily be changed. The handle is not designed to take any load but is just ornamental. I probably will glue a couple on the sides of my monitor.

Actually it
’s supposed to be purple but as it’s a rather dull color I use it for items that I’m going to paint. And I got it at eBay.

Great piece! Where did you get gray color ABS?

The glue is a poly cement. Probably not the best glue to use but it
’s what I had lying around. The paint is regular hobby acrylic paint that is used for painting models.
