Description
I broke the hinge of my Ultimaker while attempting to adjust the tension, so I designed a replacement and printed it out. Took the SVG from the published Ultimaker lasercut plans (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8563), and used OpenSCAD to extrude it to the right size.

I printed mine out in PLA, and if you do, I recommend a large infill setting in Skeinforge to guarantee a strong part. I think I used 0.40 and it worked out well.
Depending on your machine, you might want to edit the .DXF file to enlarge the holes so that you can fit the screw thread through it. I increased the holes by about 10% and it's still a little snug.
