Instructions

To finish it, you need:

1 8mm x 20mm bolt
1 8x22x7 mm ball bearing (used for skateboards and rollerblades)
1 8mm bolt
1 washer, 8mm id, 10-15mm od

Remove the seals from the bearings. These will slow the rotation down.

There are 5 main parts. These are :

1. Small ring. This one is about 50mm outside diameter with a 22 mm inside diameter. It goes around the ball bearing. The bearing will probably need to be pounded in with a rubber hammer. Be gentle. Doesn't take a lot of force. Make sure one side is flat with the wood.

2. Small circle. This is about 192 mm outside diameter with a 20 mm inside diameter. This is the base platform. glue the small ring onto this so that the ball bearing rests on the ledge created by the 22 mm and 20 mm cutouts.

3. Large ring. Approximate outside diameter is 212 mm and inside diameter is 192 mm.

4. Large circle. Approximate outside diameter 212 mm and inside diameter 7 mm. Put the bolt through the base with the head of the bolt on the bottom. It should go through the middle of the ball bearing. Place the washer on the bolt so that it rests on the top of the bearing. Screw the large circle onto the bolt. Place nut on end of bolt protruding through large circle.

5. Slats. Place slats into grooves in large circle. Cap with large ring. Spin and enjoy!
