Simple Ball bearing upgrade

Description
I wanted to try the Ball bearing upgrade but could not get access to a lathe immediately so I improvised.
The result works but is a little heavy and rather more fiddly to build than I anticipated.

Instructions
Clean the M16 washers with wire wool, ensure you remove any dust or surface abrasions, this just ensures the epoxy will stick evenbly.
Take one of the M16 disc washers and place it flat on a working surface.
Take a M8 washer and drop it in the M16 washers hole (should fit reasonably well)
Make up a (very) small amount of epoxy resin and apply sparingly to the outside edge of the 608 bearing.
Place the bearing over the M16 washers hole and centre (that is what the M8 washer is there for, take your time and get it as accurate as you can.
Turn the assembly over while the epoxy is still movable and ensure the bearing hole is centred, this is just a quick verification of the previous step. If this is not right the whole assembly will be off centre and will catch and wobble.
Once the expoxy is dry enough you will not accidentally move your nicely aligned first washer, repeat with a second M16 for the other side.
Use M8 washers on either side of the bearing (inside the M16 holes) and there you have it a cheap bearing based belt guide.
