I have been making 3d models since I got my hands on Povray for the Atari ST in 1987 at age of 10. Another 3d addict was rendered.
Over the years I learned to create polygonized 3d models and animations, both by hand and through scripting and automation.
From 2002 on, I started to specialize in rendering photorealistic images, of shapes that I thought were impossible to create in real life.

But in 2008 I discovered the phenomenon of 3d printing via Shapeways.
And most of my designs could suddenly be fabricated for real.
Ever since then I have been into addictive manufacturing. [SIC]

I do not have a specific field, I function best in chaos and when I'm all over the place.
So expect some home decor, jewelry, art, sculptures, tools, hacks from me.
Oh you know, what all of you have and do here too :-)

Among things, I am the original designer of "Gyro the Cube" of which you find can some fan-art copies here on Thingiverse or over at GrabCAD.
