I want my work, both professional and personal, to contribute positively to the world. I do not want it to exploit others; I do not want it to harm anything; I do not want it only in the hands of the upper echelons.

In these things, I feel I am in the minority in my career field. I want to interact and work with others who share my vision of ethical engineering: it means more than just not stealing from work.
