Everything that I have printed is printed at my school through the new Makerspace inside the school. Students can submit their designs to the teacher in charge of the Makerspace and she prints the designs on one of the school's 3D printers. That's how I manage to have everything printed without actually having a 3D printer.
A bit about who I am as a human being: As should be pretty obvious if you see my designs, I am a very proud Trekkie. I am also a real sucker for old cars. I haven't made that many old car designs, but I do photograph a lot of them.
In early 2018 I began to develop ideas for futuristic cars, and I even created a futuristic world for them in my mind. My first futuristic car was the Cadillac "Musket" flying minivan. The Musket was where I first sorted out a few operational and equipment details, such as the flight engines. I "stole" the idea to use a set of tilting engines from the Bell XV-15 Tilt Rotor Research Aircraft, which I read about in a book. The Bell aircraft is a helicopter-airplane hybrid that has tilting rotor pylons to alternate between flight behaviors. On my futuristic cars, the rear engines tilt for takeoff, landing or change in altitude.
The only brands under whose name I have designed models that I own are Bismuth and the better-developed Wagencorps, the latter of which is among my proudest design accomplishments. In my conceptual future, WagenCorps is a sort of "tri-company startup", a joint project between Volvo, Subaru and Cadillac (which, by that time, had branched off from GM into an independent company) to resurrect the station wagon. Their first model is the Revamp, based on the Volvo 265 of the late 20th century, of which I have designed both a ground and a flying model. I am currently in the beginning stages of developing WagenCorps's first competition, which would be a mass-market model from Tesla called the International. By the time of this conceptual future (a century or two from now), Elon Musk will obviously be long dead, but something tells me that he would do the same in such a situation.
NOTE: As I keep having to remind a few of my relatives, I AM NOT TRYING TO BE EITHER THE NEXT ELON MUSK OR THE NEXT VIRGIL EXNER. If you don't know who Virgil Exner was, you have any of a large array of search engines at your disposal.
