Shota Ishiwatari is a creator who aims to represent future by combining "cute" and "technology". His areas of expertise include product design, embedded development, and the production and art direction of installations.
He carries out the whole development process by himself, from modeling and sewing work to machine design, circuit design and programming.
In 2011 he have developed the prototype of "necomimi", brainwave-controlled cat ears, for neurowear. In the same year he set up his own company, Kiluck Corporation.
He has also developed Tailly and RAPIRO.
His RAPIRO was success to raise funds £75,000 on kickstarter in 2013 Aug.
