I really haven't noticed this before you mentioned it. This also happens in my slicer. I didn't have much time to figure it out. But if you disable (or enable, idk which one does what ) feature "detect thin walls" in SLic3r PE, then you get a better gcode. Although in this case you might get double line for each hair (depends on your nozzle size and extrusion width).
