I have now printed 3 of these almost completely for two different printers.

This is one of the best engineered and thought out designs I have seen on Thingverse. So many others (no names mentioned) are barely engineered at all, basically posted because it kind of worked for someone somewhere.

This is a refreshing change, this 'just works', well for me anyway. I like the adaptability and also the fact that it is not (mis)using ball bearing units in the design to handle the motion

Would recommend this to anyone who wants a reliable spool holder that is easy to use and adapt for whatever filament stock you throw at it.
