It is done in a similar way to the other end: Three M2.5x8 screws in a triangular arrangement, with their nuts inside the tube secure a M4 screw, which in turn goes through the bearing, and it is kept in place by two nuts and a few washers on each side of the said bearing. On the end of the M4 screw, you can add a wing nut (see photos) so you can easily turn the y-tube manually to position the paper. Good luck with your build!
