The battery and servos are low mounted in the fuselage. The wing, in addition to having the dihedral that you did not notice, is high mounted to add additional stability. If you want more stability, you can easily model polyhedral into the wings by skewing the outer wing sections without needing to change any other parts to compensate. In case you forgot, dihedral decreases lift, and part of the issues of designing a plane that will print in an 8in cube is wing area. Forgive me for not compromising the already low lift with 20 degrees of diheadral.
I will take your advice after you have tried the model and given real feedback. I will not work hard to make changes based on someones speculation.
