Ok I couldn't resist and sent it to my printer. Needed to clean-up the inside faces slightly - and it takes a lot more fiddling with to get it together - but it does fit together nicely once cleaned up (the little angular surfaces are the hardest of course). I also didn't slow the print down on my ToM and printed @ 60 mm/sec. Slowing it down a bit might have resulted in smoother angles. A couple surfaces could use a little bevel but nothing a needle file can't knock off quickly.
