I tried with ninjaflex and it worked, it goes like a charm,
the most difficult has been to fix the tendons to the servo, it has been a little bit tricky but the final result is amazing.
The emg sensor I have used is the grove emg detector (http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/Grove-EMG-Detector-p-1737.html)
the strategy I have implemented has been to see the variations between current and previous emg sensor input to determine if the arm has moved.
