A Prusa MMU uses pins on the EinsyRambo board to communicate with the MMU. It would be a fair bit of work to use a Prusa MMU2 on anything but a Prusa.
There is an alternative MMU called The Enraged Rabbit Carrot Feeder, that can be adapted to most printers that have been converted to Klipper firmware. Of course that is quite a process in itself!
