I'd "debug" the construction, starting with the feet. Do the inserted pipe pieces move while clamped inside the top and bottom printed feet? Mine don't move after I've clamped them with the appropriate M4 bolts. If the shakiness doesn't come from the feet and corner blocks etc., It'll certainly be your underground. Is the machine level? e.g. are all feet of equal length? This should be another thing to rule out. Have you printed the feet in PLA with sufficient infill? Mine were at 60% if I remember right... Another thing large machines could theoretically suffer from is flex in the conduit if its walls are too thin. Just some ideas...
