If it was printed in ABS, you can possibly fix it using acetone (vapor). If you re-print it, 30‰ infill, 4 perimeters and at least 5 top layers should work.
Otherwise it might be a calibration issue with your printer. Or you are printing too low a layer height or extrude too cold. This results in bad adhesion between layers and then cracks during cooldown.
