Hi, its hard to tell without pictures. Try signing on to #reprap on IRC. (if you don't have an irc client use http://webchat.freenode.net/ )
Ask there, post some questions and wait a little while, someone will be able to help. Or have a look at the trouble shooting guide: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/
There's always the forums http://forums.reprap.org/ you can post to, or browse other peoples threads.

255C might be a bit hot for ABS. Printing with a 0.25mm nozzle will certainly prove a challenge!! Go with something larger that is easier to work with, eg, 0.4mm nozzle. I run 0.4 and 0.5mm nozzle's and they're both printing just lovely. 0.1mm layer height isn't easy to do when trying to calibrate. Jump to something larger like 0.2mm layers on a 0.4mm nozzle. It will also reduce your printing times as they get insanely high on such small nozzles. Coincidently, I was just browsing a blog post about nozzle sizes and printing times. I think you may find it interesting: http://www.tridimake.com/2013/05/3d-printing-with-smaller-nozzle-diameter.html
