Just started 3D Printing, and i don't know why i didn't start earlier! :-)
Started out by waching alot of youtube, and then i started using the tools that Wanhao offers: ReplicatorG with Python.
Got the hang of it fast, and realized right away, that the first things to print, are upgrades for the printer!
Mastering the most common filament PLA, requires cooling, so i printed the Extruder Fan Duct for Replicator 1 / Duplicator 4 / FlashForge by aplumb, that you can find here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1051172 and it came out ok, but needed some finishing afterwards, because it was printed with no cooling for the extruders. After installing it, i could see the difference right away, and i was very impressed by the improved printing quality, and the edges looked much sharper! But... This fan duct only cool the front, so i still had some heat issues on the inside, where the extruders are not cooled as well, as they are in the front. So next step was to print a fan duct, that cools BEHIND the extruders also, and the Active Cooling Fan Duct v2 for Replicator 1 / Duplicator 4 / FlashForge / CTC by thruit00 is VERY good for this!
You can find it here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:537918
After i installed this fan duct, my prints started to be perfect!
Printed some other mods for my D4S also, like filament holder, and corners to hold the top in place, and i am currently making sides for the D4S with room for 80mm fans, and i am also printing an extractor, but i will update info about this later on, when it's finished.
Happy printing to all! I know that i am! :-D
