Ok so on the right side there is a z stop switch. If any of the side screws are moved when the machine is off,it seems that is the new location for either end. I have to turn the big verticle screws to keep the rails level. Especially since it takes alot of pressure to get prints off the surface, i am readjusting them every time. Is this normal. Is there another screw somewhere to tighten and keep this from happening?

"Leveling" your printer
A more detailed but similar process:
level the X carriage bars (This section may not be required)
Consider leveling your bars as 'step 0', and worth at least eyeballing to check for level prior to adjusting the bed.
Note: You may NOT need to do the above steps every time, but because z-slouch can happen after even the slightest vibration or touch... it's worth checking each time, even if all you do is eyeball that the lower bar is parallel to the case. I home the printer, pull the hotbed all the way forward, and with my eye up 30ish cm over the front of the hotbed and in the centre of the bar, compare the gap on either side between the bar and the rear edge of the case. If the gap looks the same it's probably still fine and you can omit the previous steps.
Each time you do this you will get better at it, eventually it's easy but always a little annoying.
Just a quick note as I was following along here. I was trying to level the left and right X carriage bars but each time after I did hitting HOME would reset it back to being slightly uneven. I realized after looking closely that it does have two z-axis endstops now and I simply had to adjust the screw that allowed each end stops stopping point to be adjusted.
I guess Anycubic keeps iterating on the design from feedback.
Ive had this exact issue since new, pissed me off a bit but what i did was to draw up and print a measuring stick that was the exact size of the right hand carriage, so before i start a print i Home the head, turn off the motors, measure the left side with my part and rotate the left screw rod till it is right. Works every time and takes me about 20 seconds before every print, small price to pay for what has been a great 3d printer so far.
EDIT - actually ive just watched the Anycubic video linked, and my "measuring stick" is basically a fixed caliper to fit in the same place the dude does in the video, just in case my explanation was confusing :)

This is a well known issue with this machine design. The nemas do not maintain torque when the power is off, so sometimes gravity will cause an axis to 'slouch'.
Mine used to do this, but for no apparent reason it now does not. The only difference between then and now is that the nema motor on the side that was dropping burned out and has been replaced. So there is likely a correlation.
As mjedlinski has pointed out: there is a modification available to remedy this, that involves adding another sensor and reflashing firmware.
In the interim you should just check that your X-carriage is level before you turn the machine on. Unless your printer is being moved/bumped/vibrated while the motors are unpowered (even if the machine is on the motors are usually unpowered when it is not actively printing) it should maintain level anyway.
Thanks for the reply. Installing the other sensor would help but i cant seem to get the instructions in english. In the meantime, when i turn off the motor, i center the print head and send the z axis to home and put a piece of paper inderneath so there is no room for slippage.

If you use octoprint it would be fairly trivial to make a custom command that "parks" the nozzle in the corner of the bed and resting on it..and assign it to a button.
