I am having some serious issues with my 2 weeks old ender 3 pro. I am new on 3D printing. The printer was printing fine. Now when I autohome the printer everything seems to work but once it is done, it seems that one of the motors still work although it seems that the x,y and z stops are working fine. I think it is either the x motor or the e motor. The way I notice it is because I hear a noice coming of one of the motors. Once I hit "Disable motors" the noise stops and sometimes the whole printhead makes a "jump". Please check the video here https://photos.app.goo.gl/j6Wih7gywqxwDhUr9
Also I have experiencing some random stucks and reboots. I guess my next task is to check all the cabling in the motherboard. Has anyone had similar problems? What is interesting is that the printer keeps printing fine.
Actually the things that I have done prior this problem:
- Tune esteps and saved it into the printer's memory
- open motheboard cover and added a cable protector https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3322027
- added some cable clips https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2960375
Any help is really really appreciated!!!!
How do you take care of your magnetic bed? Do you wash it? With what and how often? Do you use acetone or hairspray with it? After 3 almost perfect prints I have some sticking issues and I think it might be connected with bad bed cleaning. Any pieces of advice will be highly appreciated!
I'm being driven up a wall, I've tried different slicers, different slicer settings, I've changed the bowden tube, I've tightened the belts, changed the nozzle, tried different filaments but nothing, so I'm come here looking for other ideas, thank you.
I believe i’ve tried to post this once before but have not been able to find t. If this is a duplicate, I am sorry. I recently purchased my Creality Ender3 and have been trying to fine tune the settings. My first couple of prints were absolutely terrible but i have fixed most of the problems. One problem i am having is stringing though. I have my current settings at 60 mm/s for 15 mm. I am printint at 185 degrees with a .4 nozzle. I did a Makers Muse Torture Lattice Cube and it turned out decent all except for the stringing. I will have oictures of this cube and previous prints linked. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
