It seems like a good idea to start a thread about health and safety with 3D Printing.
There's an interesting article about Ultrafine Partiles (UFPs) that are emitted by 3D Printers. This article is a study that was funded by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention through the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.
The gist of it is, ABS and Nylon based filaments emit large amount of UFPs. ABS emits styrene which has been classified as a possible human carcinogen. So when printing with these materials, do it in a well ventilated area, or have good air filtration, or both!
Here are a couple easy prints to keep tension on your X and Y-axis belts. Both need some M3 hardware.
The x-axis tensioner is specifically for the stock idler but the same design can be found for just about any idler you're using.
