Oooo. . . Shiny. I discovered inadvertently that failed bronzeFill prints work well as tumble media. I was trying to tumble a bunch of stuff that was too delicate and ended up with a bunch of bits in the drum. On the same run a plain pla piece I put in turned a nice bronze color.
Now we have a finishing process which takes longer and makes more noise than a 3d printer!
Cool, I'll start saving the bits of metalFill support material and give that a try. Ha, yeah I had the exact same thought, the rotary tumbler isn't too bad, the vibratory one on the other hand...
