Printed on a Zim from Zeepro on the Standard setting. The larger piece took about 3.5 hours. If the case is snapped together the USB slot should be moved up. I probably won't snap mine together though. Great little case!
I can make some modifications when we meet up for Maker Faire. You should be able to print it without supports. My printer was able to print the tabs before I really had it dialed in. I'm pretty sure I printed and posted this model shortly before the 2014 Maker Faire! Woah.. I think I just had a slight case of 3D printer nostalgia!

Cool! Looking forward to it :) Actually this one did print out with supports! First time I saw it automatically do that. They were easy to break off too. You can see them in one of the gallery pics.
