Thanks for your great Wheel designs. Here it is finally, my little bot with all wheels attached, Adafruit Motorshield and some basic movement test.

For printing the wheels on my Ultimaker2 I used the standard versions of the files (not the _printable files).
After printing I had to file the holes and axle opening a little bit, as they are a bit tight, but with a Dremel Tool - No Problemo.
Well done! Looks great again. I am also glad to see that you decided to use this much better Mecanum wheel design for your robot.
I did notice one thing in your video: your rollers seem to be very soft (I used 80% infill for my Ninjaflex rollers). Probably my Mindstorms robots are much heavier and would deform the roller if they were that soft. This might not be an issue at all for your robot.
Did you succeed in sideways driving? (Which I personally still find an amazing experience)
I actually had the same thoughts about the rollers beeing a bit too soft.
I'll probably print another set, after tinkering with the programming.
I didnt yet go further in programming the bot, had to prep my new Wanhao Duplicator with basic printed support elements and I was busy printing stuff for friends.
I will probably be back tinkering with the bot next weekend. Then I definitely test the sideways drive.
Have a nice week until then.
