The unit looks nice. As for the electronic "tool chain" keep in mind that the best units can "transform" the voltage down in exchange for amps as a "buck converter" when the unit is spinning "too fast". It also good to have "boost converter" when the voltage is too low. Getting just he right load on the turbine to get the most power is nothing simple but worth understanding. In solar, the concept is MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tuning) and should be similar for wind. I hope something there helps. :-)
