Printed in PLA with support at 0.15 layer height, 3 shells with 15% infill (IIRC).
Sanded with 240 grit paper and sprayed with acrylic clear coat.
Reused power LED and switch from old discarded case. Drilled up hole slightly for LED to fit. Shaved the outward edges of power switch slot for button to return click. Press fit for both; no glue or other fasteners needed.
Used small dabs of hot glue on the drive platform corners to keep SSD securely in place even when moving case.
Shortened LED, switch and SATA power cables. Routed remaining cables underneath the motherboard for clean and tidy look.
For extra tight fit of the lid while moving it around I added some tape on the guide rails - a single layer is enough to make a noticeable difference.
Added rubber feet to make bottom slots more discernible and create a nice light pattern for internal LED strip (not yet installed).
