Printed upside down as suggested.
Placement values for printing it on the top of the head:
Material: PLA (glowfil by colorfabb)
Not sure if it is strong enough for use.
unfortunately it broke. but you can see the problem clearly in the picture. During printing the flow rate dropped to 85 for some reason. I was able to bring it back up to 100, yet the area affected is clearly visible in the upper belt area.
I'm thinking about reprinting the model laying down on its back, since that might lead to a better distributation of the forces occuring during use.
I fused my layers with an acetone vapor bath and they work great! I also did not think it would withstand without layer fusing.
